<br />Ii <br /> <br /> <br />.., .,,,J\. <br /> <br />'---------- <br /> <br />-- <br /> <br />r!. .~ <br /> <br />... <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 562 <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 29-8 OF THE NEW BRIGHTON CITY <br />CODE <br /> <br />The New Brighton City Council does ordain: <br /> <br />Section I. That Section 29-8, Escorts, is hereby adopted as <br />follows: <br /> <br />a) No person, company, organization, or similar <br />group shall conduct, hold, sponsor, perform, <br />or in any way undertake any parade, run, <br />procession other than funeral processions, <br />or other activity upon public streets, alleys, <br />or thoroughfares which reasonably may be <br />expected to disrupt or suspend normal <br />traffic control and/or traffic flow within <br />the city without first obtaining a permit to <br />do so from the city and a city escort <br />therefore.
