Applicati~n for licenses shall be filed with the clerk on the form furnished by the city. Section 7-34 Fees. The fee for each license req~ired by the provisions of this article shall be twenty-five dollars ($25.00) per year. Section 7-35 Insurance - Generally No license granted under the provisions of this article shall become effective until the licensee shall have filed with the city clerk certificates of policies of public liability and property damage insurance which shall remain in full force and effect during the term of said license and which shall contain a provision that such policy cannot be cancelled without ten (10) days notice to the municipality. Public liability insurance shall be for a amount not less than fifty thousand dollars ($50,000.00) for injuries, including accidential death, to anyone person, and subject to the same limit for each person, for an amount of not le~s than one hundred thousand dollars ($100~000.00) o~ account of anyone accident, and property damage insurance in the amount of not less than twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000.00k. ~No work shall be doneun~er any license issued until such certificates of insurance have beeenfiled with and approved by the clerk. Section 7-36 Same ~ Master> Gas Installers' Any person holding a master gas installer's license shall fil with the city clerk policies of public liability and property damage which shall remain and be in force and effect during the entire term of said license and which shall contain a provision that they shall not be cancelled without ten (10) days' written notice to the city. Public liability insurance shall not be less than twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000.00) for injuries, including accidential death to anyone person and, subject to the same limit for each person, in an amount of not less than fifty thousand dollars ($50,000.00) on account of anyone accident. and property damage insurance in the amount of not less than twenty-five thousand dollarS ($25,000.00). No work shall be done under license until said insurance shall have been filed and approved by the city clerk. Section 7-37 Expiration All licenses issued under the provlslons of this article shall expire on July 1 following the date of issuance unless sooner revoked or forfeited. If a license granted hereunder is not renewed previous to its expiration then all rgihts granted by such license shall cease and any work performed after the expiration of the license shall be in violation of this code.
