PROVJ;SIONSOF STATE LAN ADOPTED. LICENSING REQUIP~MENTS. PERSONS ELIGIBLE FOR A LICENSE. A license shall <br />Lbe issu.ed only to fraternal, religious, and veteran's organization, <br />(ior any corporation, trust, or association organized for exclusivel <br />~scientific, literary, charitable, educational or artistic purposes <br />Hor any club which is organized and operated exclusively for <br />j!pleasure or recreation as distinct from profit making purposes. <br />I!Such organization will have been in existence in the City of New <br />"Brighton for at least three (3) years and shall have at least <br />ilthirty (30) active members. <br /> <br /> <br />., <br /> <br />ii <br /> <br />'" <br /> <br />Sec. 5-133. LICENSES AND FEES. <br /> <br />\, subdivision 1.
