Purpose. <br /> <br />1: <br />Ii <br />j The purpose of the financial pOlicy advisory board is to provide <br />11 technical assistance to the Council and staff in matters relating <br />!( to the City I s finances; to develop, monitor, and periodically <br />.' update a long range financial policy; and stimulate citizen <br />~ awareness and interest in the city's finances. <br /> <br />I( Sec. 2-112.
