Chapter IX, Section 9-200 c. (2) is hereby <br />amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />(2) Buildings having multiple occupancy with <br />shared entrances and buildings with both <br />individual and shared entrances: <br />Such joint occupancy buildings may be <br />identified by a single ground or wall sign <br />in conformance with Sections 9-040, 9-120, <br />and 9-130. Such sign may display name of <br />building only or name and address of <br />building, and name plates for individual <br />tenants in accordance with the overall sign <br />area and height requirements of Section 9-04 <br /> <br />SECTION 2. Chapter IX, Section 9-200 c. (3) is hereby <br />deleted. <br /> <br />SECTION 3. Chapter IX, Section 9-030 b. 6. is hereby <br />amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />b.6. Small signs not exceeding four (4) square <br />feet in area containing no advertising and <br />di~played for convenience of the public to <br />identify rest rooms and freight and service <br />door~. Ent~ance and exit signs may contain <br />name of business and proper directional <br />information i.e. enter or exit; and shall <br />not exceed four (4) ,square feet in area. <br /> <br />SECTION 4. Chapter IX , ,Section-9-080 is, hereby amended <br />to read as follows: - <br /> <br />SECTION 6. Chapter IX, Section 9-110 is hereby amended to <br />read as follows: <br /> <br />Section 9-110 Special construction requirements. <br />a. Electric signs: <br />All electric signs shall be designed and <br />installed in accordance with the electrical <br />code and shall obtain an electrical permit. <br /> <br />SECTION 7. Chapter IX, Section 9-030 b.ll. is hereby <br />amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />b.ll. Gasoline service stations are permitted a <br />double-faced full price sign(s) not exceeding <br />sixteen square feet each for each type of <br />fuel sold on the site. No more than one <br />price sign for one type of fuel is allowed <br />per street side. <br />
