Except for the areas used for dwellings, side- <br />walks, parking or accessory structures, the <br />entire area of each homesite shall be sodded <br />and maintained with grass cover. <br />b. Buffer Requirement - Every manufactured housing <br />development shall provide for a buffer ~hen <br />adjacent residential properties, consistin90f <br />a strip of land 25 feet in width along all <br />boundaries of the site. Such buffer shall be <br />landscaped with a dense combination of deciduou <br />and evergreen trees, shrubs, bushes, and berms <br />so as to form a screen to adjoining properties <br />and streets. The buffer area may be placed <br />under the con tal ofa homeowners' association <br />or be included in individual platted lots. <br />Deed restrictions requiring the permanent <br />reservation of these areas as open space and <br />the maintenance of plant materials and berms <br />shall be recorded prior to the issuance of any <br />building permits. <br /> <br />SECTION 4.478 Outside Storage, R-4 District <br /> <br />a.
