Each certificate of registration <br />issued under the provisions of this article shall be <br />renewed on or before the first day of January. <br /> <br />Section 2. <br /> <br />Section 13-160 is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />, I <br />il <br />ji <br />I <br />, <br />, <br />l <br />i <br />I <br />! <br /> <br />Section 13-160 Transfer of re.9istration.
