Such plans are not <br />required for remodeling that does not increase <br />the exterior size of a building or structure. <br />Said plans shall be referred by the administra- <br />tion to the council, except that the administra- <br />tion shall not refer to the planning commission <br />any site or landscape plan which does not <br />conform to the requirements of this section. <br /> <br />Chapter VIII, Section 2-040 a. is hereby <br />amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />SECTION 2. <br /> <br />a. Site plan approval by the city council for <br />the construction or enlargement of a <br />structure other than a single or two family <br />residence, when not used, s~al1 expire after <br />one hundred dighty (180) days after date of <br />city council authorization as required by <br />Section 8-030 unless written application <br />for renewal or time extension is received <br />and granted by the city council prior to <br />the expiration date. <br /> <br />Chapter VIII, Settion 8-030 b. is hereby <br />amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />SECTION 3. <br /> <br />SECTION 4. <br /> <br />b. For purpose of this ordinance site plan <br />approval is considered used when the <br />building permit has been issued by the <br />building official. <br /> <br />Chapter VIII, Section 8-030 c. is hereby <br />amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />c. All site plan"app.ro,vals by the city council <br />prior to the~nactment of this ordinance but <br />not yet used are h~reby s~~ject to the <br />provisions of paragraph a. above except that <br />their authorization date(s) is deemed to be <br />the date of adoption of this ordinance. <br /> <br />SECTION E.
