No manufactured dwelling <br />shall be moved into the city that does not <br />meet the Manufactured Home Building Code as <br />defined in Minnesota Statutes, Chapter. <br />[Section] 327.31, subdivision 3, (Ordinance <br />No. 497, 1,7-27-82), which shall mean Housing <br />and Urban Development (HUD) certified. <br /> <br />That Section 4-010, Single Family Residence <br />District R-l permitted uses, R-l district, is <br />hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />(a ) <br /> <br />One-family detached dwellings. <br />1. The minimum width of the main portion <br />of the structure shall not be less than <br />than twenty (20) feet as measured across <br />the narrowest portion. I <br />2. Al:l dwellings shall be placed on a <br />permanent continuous foundation in <br />compliance with Section 2907 A of the <br />Uniform Building Code and all areas <br />between the structure and foundation <br />shall be enclosed. <br />Public parks and playgounds. <br />City office buildings and fire station. <br />Transitional uses. <br /> <br />( b ) <br />(c) <br />(d) <br /> <br />SECTION III.
