Those persons excluded from <br />the age restriction are the spouse of a person 55 years <br />of age or older and property caretakers. <br /> <br />Chapter II, Section 2-515. Person,elderly is hereby <br />amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />A person, married or single, fifty-five (55) years of <br />age or more. <br /> <br />I, <br />ii <br />,I <br />l; <br /> <br />! <br /> <br />SECTION 3. Chapter VII, Section 7-060 (g)(4), is hereby amended <br />to read as follows: <br /> <br />i: <br />i ~ <br />!i <br /> <br />4.
