<br />~ <br /> <br />.' <br /> <br />Section 17-63. <br /> <br />The Weed Inspector, his delegated assistant, or other delegated agent of <br />the City, shall cause removal or other prescribed action of any weeds <br />located on public property; or on private property, upon expiration of <br />the prescribed notice to the owner. <br /> <br />Section 17-64. <br /> <br />Costs incurred by the City in destroying noxious weeds shall be charged <br />to the landowner and assessed as provided in Minnesota Statutes, Section <br />18.271. <br /> <br />Costs incurred by the City in destroying all other weeds shall be charged <br />to the landowner in the following manner. Notice in writing of the work <br />done and the costs and expenses involved shall be mailed to the owner of <br />the property. The notice shall indicate that if the total amount is not <br />paid to the City within thirty (30) days, such costs and expenses may be <br />assessed against the property as provided by Minnesota Statutes, Section <br />429.101.
