That Section 10-2 Difinitions is hereby <br />amended by adding a definition (cc) for a food <br />warehouse to read as follows: <br /> <br />(cc) Food warehouse shall mean any food establishment <br />licensed and inspected by the Minnesota Department, <br />of A q r i c u 1 t u r e un de r C hap t e r 231 <nIl" ~naJlP,t.eD:,:a8AJ <br />bf.Miboesota statutes. <br /> <br />" <br /> <br />SECTION II. That Section 10-6 License Fees are hereby <br />amended by adding a new paragraph (9) to read as follows: <br /> <br />(g) Food warehouse license fee. The license fee for <br />each food warehouse shall be $15.00 per year. <br /> <br />SECTION III. That Section 10-10 be amended to read as <br />follows: <br /> <br />Section 10-10 - Itinerant Food Establishment and Food <br />Warehouse <br /> <br />a. Itinerant food establishments. Itinerant food <br />establishments shall comply with all the <br />applicable provisions of this chapter, and shall <br />be constructed and operated in an approved manner; <br />provided, that specific requirements for physical <br />facilities may be waived by the health authority <br />when suitable substitutes~ which, in his opinion, <br />will not result in an imminent health hazard, <br />have been provided. The health authority may <br />prohibit the sale of certain potentially <br />hazardous foods to assure the service of wholesome <br />food. Before commencing operations of any kind, <br />that license hereunder shall notify the health <br />authority that such food establishment is ready <br />for final inspection; and the health authority <br />shall immediately make an inspection and i.ssue <br />a report thereon; and no itinerant food <br />establishment shall commence operations until the <br />requirements of this chapter have been met in <br />accordance with the health ~uthority's final <br />inspection report. \ <br />\ <br />b. Food Warehouse. Food wareh~uses shall comply with <br />all the applicable proviSiOn\S of this chapter, and <br />shall be constructed and operated in an approved <br />manner; provided, that speci~ic requirements for <br />physical facilities may be w~ived by the health <br />authority when suitable subs~tiutes, which, in his <br />opinion, will not result in ~n imminent health <br />hazard, have been provided, <br /> <br />~.;. <br />
