VII, Section 7-020 Fermi tted accessory uses is <br />hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />a. Private detached garages with a maximum area of 600 <br />square feet. <br />b. Storage buildings as regulated in Section 13-030 a. <br />and b. <br />c. Private conservatories for plants and flowers (not <br />including sale thereof). <br />d. ~eeping of not more than a total of two (2) boarders <br />and/or roomers by a resident family. <br />e. Separate living quarters for domestic servants <br />employed on the premises providing that said premises <br />contain a minimum area equal to two (2) ordinary <br />minimum sized lots in this district. <br />f. Signs as regulated in Chapter XIV. <br />g. Temporary buildings for construction purposes, for a <br />period not to exceed construction. <br />h. Off-street parking and loading as regulated under <br />Chapter XIV. <br />i. Customary incidential home occupations as regulated <br />under Section l3-100. <br />j. Model home which may include an office, for use <br />during subdivision development in accordance with <br />city ordinance ~overirig such use. <br />k. Tennis courts, provided that they are located in <br />the rear yard. <br />1. Parking spaces, (Ord, No. 364, l, 10-28:'-75. Ord.
