<br />F <br /> <br />.' <br /> <br />"~ <br /> <br />.~ -( . <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 437 <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTERS IV, VII, X, XI, XII AND XIV OF THE <br />NEW BRIGHTON ZONING CODE BY ESTABLISHING A B-5 OFFICE DEVELDPME~T <br />DISTRICT. <br /> <br />THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON does hereby ordain: <br /> <br />Section I. Section 4-010 (b) is hereb~ amended to read as <br />follows: <br /> <br />b. Business districts <br />B-1 Limited Business <br />B-2 ~eighborhood Business <br />B-3 General Business <br />B-4 Downtown Business <br />B-5 Office Deve1 opment District <br /> <br />Section II. Section 4-040 is hereby amended to read as <br />follows: <br /> <br />All of the lands in the city shown within the district <br />lines on the zoning map and designated as R-l, Single <br />Family Residence District, R-2, Two Family Residence <br />District, R-3A, Multiple Family Residence (2~ story <br />maximum), R-3B, Multiple Family Residence (2 story <br />maximum), B-1, Limited Business District, B-2 Neighbor- <br />hood Business District, B-3, General Busine~s District, <br />B-4 Downtown Business District, B-5, Office Development <br />District, 1-1, Light Industrial District and r-2, Heavy <br />Industrial District are hereby zoned as indicated in <br />their respective districts (Ord. No. 267, 8-11-70). <br /> <br />Section III. Chapter VIr is hereby amended by adding <br />thereto Sections 8-095, 8-097 and 8-099 which shall read as <br />follows: <br /> <br />Section 8-095 Office Development District B-5. <br /> <br />a. An Office Development. District is intended for large <br />office developments of a single building. <br />b. For sites where more than one building is proposed and <br />these buildings are to be under separate ownership, <br />development shall occur according to the planned unit <br />development procedure. <br /> <br />Section 8-097 Permitted Uses. <br /> <br />a. Offices or corporate headquarters having a minimum of <br />50,000 square feet of gross floor area. <br />
