Along each property line abutting an R-l zoning <br />distric~ there shall be a landscaped buffer strip <br />at least seventy-five (75) feet in width which shall <br />contain no structures and shall not be used for parking. <br />The buffer strip shall contain a four (4) to six (6) <br />foot evergreen hedge or fence, which shall not extend <br />to within fifteen (15) feet of a street right-of-way. <br /> <br />j. All roof-top mechanical equipment shall be screened <br />trom view from all points on the ground. <br />. <br /> <br />Section V. Section 10-110 is hereby amended to read as <br />follows: <br /> <br />Section 10-110 Special requirements, business districts <br />a-I, B-2, B-3, B-4 and B-5. <br /> <br />Section VI. Chapter XI is hereby amended by adding thereto <br />Sections 11-215 and 11-217 which shall read as follows: <br /> <br />Section 11-215 B-5 Office Development District <br /> <br />Section 11-217 Uses by Special Permit <br /> <br />Section VII. Section 12-050 is hereby amended by adding <br />thereto a new paragraph j. and re-lettering existing 'paragraphs <br />j, k and 1, which shall read as follows: ' <br /> <br />j. a-5, large office or corporate headquarters, one (1) <br />space for every five hundred (500) square feet of <br />gross floor area, or two (2) spaces for every three <br />(3) employees,. whichever is greater. <br /> <br />k. Other business, one space for everyone hundred fifty <br />(150) square feet of gross floor area. <br /> <br />1. All industrial districts two (2) spaces for every <br />three (3) employees or one space for each one thousand <br />(1000) square feet of gross floor area, whichever is <br />greater. <br /> <br />m. For any and all uses or structures not specifically <br />provided shall be the sum of the requirements for the <br />various individual uses, computed separately in <br />accordance with this section. Parking facilities for one <br />use shall not be considered as providing the required <br />parking facilities for any other use except that the City <br />Council may consider the joint use of a parking area <br />
