Chapter V is hereby amended by deleting <br />sections 5-28 through 5-40. <br /> <br />Section II. Chapter V is hereby amended by adding <br />thereto Section 5-52.1 which shall read as follows: <br /> <br />Section 5-52.1 Street Dances <br /> <br />All dances within the City which involve the <br />or barricading of a public street for the purposes <br />on or around said street, shall require a permit. <br />ment shall extend to all such dances, whether or <br />adminssion fee is charged. <br /> <br />blocking <br />of dancing <br />This require- <br />not an <br /> <br />Section III. Section 5-53 is hereby amended to read as <br />follows: <br /> <br />The annual fee for a permit to give, hold or conduct a <br />public dance shall be one hundred dollars ($100), payable in <br />advance. The fee for a permit to give, hold, or conduct a <br />single public dance extending not more than one continuous 12 hour period <br />shall be twenty-five ($25), payaule in advance. The fee tor <br />a permit to give, hold, or conduct a single street dance <br />extending not more than one calendar day, shall be five dollars <br />($5). The fee for conducting a street dance shall be accompanied <br />by a performance bond of up to one thousand ($1,000), to be <br />held by the city clerk until such time as a satisfactory clean- <br />up of the area involved is made. <br /> <br />Section IV. Chapter VI is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />Sec. 6-19. Kennels <br /> <br />No person shall ~aintain in this city a kennel where dogs <br />are kept for boarding, treatment or sale without first securing <br />a special use permit. <br /> <br />The procedure to be followed in obtaining such permit shall <br />be the same as outlined in 11-030 of the New Brighton Zoning Code. <br /> <br />Section V. Section 11-1 is hereby amended by adding thereto <br />the following: <br /> <br />Transfer station: A facility where the solid waste <br />transported by one vehicle is placed into another vehicle before < <br />being hauled to a disposal site. <br /> <br />Section VI. Chapter XI is hereby amended by adding thereto <br />Article III, which shall read as follows: <br /> <br />ARTICLE III. TRANSFER STATIONS <br /> <br />Section 11-35. License required: <br /> <br />No person shall operate a transfer station in the city <br />without first having obtained a license therefor from the city <br />council. <br /> <br />Section 11-36. Application <br /> <br />Any person desiring a license to operate a transfer station <br />shall make application for the same to the city clerk upon a <br />form prescribed by the city council. The applicaiton shall <br />set forth: <br />{I} The name and address of the applicant; <br />
