<br />---........- <br /> <br />j <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br /> <br />432 <br /> <br />.. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OR RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTERS IV, VII, X, XI AND XIV OF THE <br />NEW BRIGHTON ZONING ORDINANCE IN REGARD TO THE R-4, MULTIPLE <br />FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT <br /> <br />, <br />';: <br /> <br />The New Brighton City Council hereby ordains: <br /> <br />Section 1. Section 4-010 of the New Brighton Zoning Code <br />is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />--+~ <br /> <br />l <br /> <br />a. Residence Districts <br />R-l Single Family Residence <br />R-2 Two Family Residence <br />R-3A MUltiple Family Residence (2~ story maximum) <br />R-3B Multiple Family Residence (2 story maximum) <br /> <br />.~~ <br />,S <br /> <br />), <br /> <br />Section 2. Section 4-040 is hereby amended to read as <br />follows: <br /> <br />All of the lands in the City shown within the district <br />lines of the zoning map and designated as R-l Single Family <br />Residence District, R-2 Two Family Residence District, <br />R-3A MUltiple Family Residence (2~ story maximum) R-3B <br />Multiple Family Residence (2 story maximum), B-1 Limited <br />Business District, B-2 Neighborhood District, B-3 General <br />Business District, B-4, Downtown Business District, <br />I-I Light Industrial District and 1-2 Heavy Industrial <br />District are hereby zoned as indicated in their respective <br />districts. <br /> <br />4.,. <br /> <br />'\ <br /> <br />Section 3. Chapter VII of the New Brighton Zoning Ordinance f <br />is hereby amended by deleting therefrom Section 7-090, Multiple <br />Residence District, R-4 (5 story maximum, 3 story minimum) and <br />Section 7-100, Permitted Accessory Uses. <br /> <br />Section 4. Chapter X of the New Brighton Zoning Ordinance <br />is hereby amended by deleting therefrom section 10-050, R-4 <br />Multiple Residence District (5 story maximum) . <br /> <br />Section 5. Chapter XI of the New Brighton Zoning Ordinance <br />is hereby amended by deleting therefrom Section 11-140 R-4 <br />Multiple Residence District (3 story minimum to 5 story maximum) <br />and Section 11-150, Uses by Special Permit. <br /> <br />Section 6. Sections 14-060 and 14-040 Table of Basic <br />Desig'n Elements of the New Brighton Zoning Ordinance are hereby <br />amended by deleting all references to the R-4 district. <br /> <br />Section 7. Severability. Each provision of this ordinance <br />is separable and a declaration of invalidity of anyone <br />provision thereof shall not invalidate the remainder. <br /> <br />---......-....., <br />.-,--- ~,' Ssetion 8.
