Section 4-010 is hereby amended to read as <br />follows: <br /> <br />A. Residence districts <br />R-l single family residence <br />R-2 two family residence <br />R-3A multiple family residence (2~ story maximum) <br />R-3B multiple family residence (2 story maximum) <br />R-4 multiple family residence (S story maximum; 3 story <br />minimum) <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />Section 2. Section 4-040 is hereby amended to read as <br />follows: <br />All of the lands in the city shown within the district lines <br />of the zoning map and designated as R-l Single Family <br />Residence District, R-2 Two Family Residence District, <br />R-3A Multiple Family Residence (2~ story maximum), R-3B <br />Multiple Family Residence (2 story maximum), R-4 Multiple <br />Family Residence (5 story maximum, 3 story minimum) , <br />B-1 Limited Business District, B-2 Neighborhood District,B-3 <br />General Business District, I-I Light Industrial District, I~2 <br />Heavy Industrial District are hereby zoned as indicated in <br />their respective districts. <br /> <br />Section 3. Chapter VII ofth.eiNew Brighton Zoning Ordinance <br />is hereby amended by dele ting.therefrom .Section 7-110, <br />Multiple Residence District in R-5~ (high rise) and Section 7-120r <br />permitted accessory uses. <br /> <br />Section 4. Chapter Xof the New Brighton Zoning Ordinance <br />is hereby amended by deleting Section 10-060, R-S Multiple <br />Residence District (high rise) . <br /> <br />Section 5. Sections 14-060 and 14-040 Table of Basic -J.... <br />Design Elements of the New Brighton Zoning Ordinance are hereby <br />amended by deleting all references to the R-5 district. ~. <br /> <br />Section 6. Severability. Each provision of this ordinance <br />is seperable and a declaration of invalidity of anyone <br />provision thereof shall not invalidate the remainder. <br /> <br />Section 7. Effective Date.
