When a principal structure is located on a lot <br />having more than one street side, the street <br />side of the lot toward which the structure is <br />oriented shall be considered the front lot line <br />and the yard on that side shall be considered the <br />front yard for purposes of fence regulation. The <br />orientation of the principal structure in resi- <br />dential zoning districts shall be determined <br />according to the procedure described in Section <br />13-105 B.l and B.2 for commercial and industrial <br />zoning districts. <br /> <br />4. The framing material of fences in residential <br />districts shall be placed on the owner's side <br />of the fence or equally on both sides. Chain <br />link and other mesh fences shall have knuckled <br />ends at both top and bottom. <br /> <br />e. Business Districts. In any part of New Brighton zoned <br />Business, no fence shall be erected except in confor- <br />mance with the following: <br /> <br />1. Fences erected in the front yard or in the street <br />side yard of a lot shall not exceed 3~ (three and <br />one-half) feet in height and shall have at least <br />75% of their vertical su.rface plain open when <br />viewed from. ~ point perpendicular to that plain. <br />Where higher or more solid fences are required <br />by 6thersections of this Code, the requirements <br />of those 'other sections shall govern. <br /> <br />2.
