<br />ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 14-030(b) 7, l4-030(b)8, 14--060,
<br />14-070, 14-090(c), 14-090(f), 14-20Q(a) 1, 14-200 (b) 1, l4-200(d)
<br />l4-200(d), 14-200(e) and l4-210 OF THE NEW BRIGHTON ZONING CODE
<br />ADDING SECTION 14-200(f) AND l4-200(g) TO THE NEW BRIGHTON ZONING
<br />CODE ALL RELATING TO CHANGES TO SIGNING REGULATIONS

<br />The New Brighton city Council does hereby ordain:
<br />

<br />hereby amended to read as follows:

<br />advertising garage sales, rummage sales, Parade of
<br />Homes promotions, civic celebrations, or church or
<br />school events may be displayed for no more than one (1)
<br />week prior to the sale or event and must be removed
<br />within one (1) day after the sale or event. Real
<br />estate sale signs erected off the premises offered for
<br />sale may be displayed for no more than three(3) days in
<br />any seven(7) day period. No sign provided for in this
<br />paragraph may be located closer than seven (7) feet to
<br />the paved portion of a street.

<br />One campaign sign per Candidate and issue on each front
<br />age is perrnittedfrom the last day of candidacy filing,
<br />or one month before the election, whichever is earlier.
<br />Such signs shall not exceed six (6) square feet in area
<br />and shall be not more than four (4) feet in height.
