The applicant shall submit with the application a complete description of the sign and a sketch showing the size, location, height, copy, manner of construction, signable area, where applicable, and any other informatio as shall be necessary to inform the building inspector of the kind, size, material, construction and location of the sign. The applicant shall also submit at the time of application an application fee. If a sign authorized by permit has not been installed within three (3)months after the issuance of said permit, the permit shall beco e null and void. c. Fee Schedule. Fees for permits to oonstruct, alter, repair or relocate street signs shall be regulated by the New Brighton Building Code. :,. Sea:tion VII. A wall sign may be displayed on the side or rear of a building adjacent to an off-street parking area if the off-street parking area has five (5) or more parking stalls and such stalls are on the premise . The wall sign facing such parking lot shall conform to the Table of Basic Design Elements, except in no case shall the size of such sign be larger than the size of a permitted wall sign on the front of the building. This provision shall only apply to building sides not regulated by Section 14-200(e). g. Canopy Siqns. The face of a canopy shall be considered a signable area and a canopy sign shall be considered a wall sign. Any signing placed ~ithin the face of a canopy must comply with the requirements of Section 14-040 and Section 14-130. No additional wall sign shall be permitted on the canopy side of the building. The items of information used in such canopy sign shall be debited against the total items of information permitted on that street side. Section VIII. Section 14-l90(g) of Appendix I of the 1966 of Ordinances is hereby amended to read as follows: g. Setbacks shall be in accordance with district zoning requirements for structures, but in every event at least twenty (20)feet from a right of way line. Additionally, no billboard shall be located closer than one-hundred and fifty (l50) feet to a structure.
