Statement of Authority. The City of New <br />( Brighton is in the process of considering a proposed Comprehensiv <br />I PlaIlreceived on April 26, 1977. The above proposed plan <br />" designates certain land uses in conflict with the official zoning <br />II'map. M.S.A. 462.35l provides municipalities with necessary <br />Ii pow, ers to conduct and implement mupicipal planning. ~.S ..1\. 462.35 <br />I Subd. 4, permits the adoption of an interim ordinance ieq.ulating <br />I restricting, or prohibiting any use or development wi thin the <br />I City or pOEtions thereof for a period not to exceed one year. <br /> <br />Section 2. Statement of'Purpose.
