License Fees <br /> <br />Subd. 1.. The annual license fee for an "onsale wine <br />license" shall be based upon the seating capacity of the <br />establishment as herein defined. Those fees shall be as follows: <br /> <br />a) Seating capacity of twenty-five (25) persons: <br />Fee - Five Hundred (500) Dollars. <br /> <br />b) Seating capacity of over twenty-five (25) persons: <br />Fee - Five Hundred (500) Dollars plus One Hundred <br />(100) Dollars for seating capacity of each ten (10) <br />persons in excess of twenty-five (25) persons or part <br />thereof. <br /> <br />c) The maximum fee shall be Two Thousand (2,000) Dollars. <br /> <br />Subd. 2. The annual license fee shall be paid in full <br />before the application for a license "is accepted.. All fees shal <br />be paid into the General Fund of the City. All licenses shall <br />expire on the last day of December of each year. Upon rejection <br />of any application for a license, or upon withdrawal of app1icati n <br />before approval of the issuance by the City Council, the license <br />fee shall be refunded to the, applicant. <br /> <br />Subd. 3. The fee for an "on sale wine license" granted <br />after the commencement of the license year shal.l be prorated on <br />
