The conduct of indoor recreational, educat~onal and <br />artistic activities, which are accessory to the principal <br />use and are longer-term, relatively permanent additional <br />uses of the land an~ building, may be permitted by special <br />use permit within tennis club buildings permitted under <br />Section 11-170 (e). Accessory uses being requested at <br />the time of permit approval for the tennis clubs shall <br />be included under the permit for said club. Additional <br />accessory uses of a ~~rmanent nature requested at a later <br />date shall be considered an amendment to the original <br />special use permit. In either or both cases, the permit <br />may be granted or amended on the following conditions: <br /> <br />II <br />II <br />~ <br /> <br />(a)-- The permit shall specify each separate activity <br />permitted. <br /> <br />1 <br />I <br />Ii <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />II <br />'I <br />I <br /> <br />(b) The permit may limit the dates, times and maximum <br />number of participants. <br /> <br />(c) Activities permitted shall not create objectionable <br />sound or sight to neighboring lands. <br /> <br />(d) The use of the buildings will in no way interfere <br />with or diminish the use of such buildings by the <br />tennis-playing public. <br /> <br />2. The special use permit for the tennis club may include as <br />a condition that the conduct of indoor recreational, <br />educational and artistic activities which a:especial even <br />of a temporary nature may be permitted with the authoriza <br />of the Council within tennis club buildings permitted <br />under Section 11-170 (e).
