No person under 18 years of age shall misrepresen <br />his age for the purpose of obtaining intoxicating liquor nor shall <br />he enter any premises licensed for the retail sale of intoxicating <br />liquor for the purpose of purchasing or having served or delivered <br />to him for consuming any such::,intoxicating liquor norahall he <br />enter 'any premises licensed for the retail sale of intoxicating <br />liquor for the purpose of purchasing or having served or delivered <br />to him for consuming any such intoxicating liquor, nor shall any <br />such person purchase, attempt to purchase, consume, or have anothe <br />person purchase for him any intoxicating liquor. <br /> <br />Subd. 2. No person under 18 years of age shall receive <br />delivery of intoxicatiri9:1~quOF. <br /> <br />Subd.}. No person shall induce a person under the age of <br />18 years to purghase pr:,,,procure or obt?li,n int.m{ica t ing liquor. <br /> <br />Subd. 4. Any person who may appear to the, licensee, his <br />employees or ag~nts to be~ und~r the age of' l8,:years shall, upon <br />demand of the licensee, his employee or agent, produce and ~rmit 0 <br />be examined an identification certificate issued by any clerk of <br />the District Court in the State of Minnesota pursuant to Section <br />626.311 through 626.319, Minnesota Statutes. <br /> <br />Subd. 5. In every prosecution for a violation of the <br />provisions of this Ordinance relating to the sale or furnishing <br />of intoxicating liquor to persons under the age of 18 years, and <br />in every proceeding before the Village Council with respecttheret , <br />the fact that the minor involved has obtained and presented to <br />the licensee, his employee or agent, a verified identification <br />card issued by the Clerk of any District Court in the state of <br />Minnesota, from which it appears that said person was 18 years <br />of age and was regularly issued such identification card,sha 11 <br />be prima facie evidence that the licensee, his agent or employee <br />is not guilty of a violation of such a provision and shall be <br />II conclusive evidence that a violation, if one has occurred, was <br />I notw i llfu J or .':. f:p.r 1'" .'
