At its regular meeting on November 14, 1972, the New Brighton Village <br />Cbwcil unaniroously resolved with respect It;o the aoove matter to hold a first <br />reading of an ordinance entitled "An OrdinlIDce Zoning Certain Property in <br />the Village of New Brighton," subject to the condition that "UOP Jolmson and <br />the Village Attorney -rork out the details of one parcel for record pu.rposes" <br />prior to the second reading. <br /> <br />It is our understanding that "the details" refer to (i) consolida- <br />tion of Parcel Nos. 63-01700-060-77 and 6.3-01600-170-53 for real estate tax <br />purposes and (i1) a stipulated agreement between the Cbmpany and the Village <br />that the zoning classification of Parcel No. 6.3-01600-170-5.3, which is the <br />subject of the rezoning application, revert to zoning classification 1-1 upon <br />sale or other disposition of the property by the Company for use other than <br />employee parking. <br /> <br />We enclose a copy of our letter of this date to the Ramsey Cbunty <br />Auditor requesting consolidation of the two parcels for real estate tax pur- <br />poses. We also enclose the draft of a letter by which the O::>mpany proposes <br />to stipulate to the requested condition. <br />
