Section 882:06. Inspections. The Police Department or his uthorized representative shall inspect any and all premises as ften as deemed necessary to enforce the provisions of this rdlra nce . Section 882:08. Separability. Should any section, subdivision lause or other provision of this Ordinance be declared by a court f competent jurisdiction to be invalid, such decision shall not ffect the validity of the Ordinance as a whole nor of any part hereof other than the part so declared to be invalid. Any firm, individual corporation, artnership or vendor selling beverages within the village in iolation of Section 882 of this Code shall be guilty of a isdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine of not more than three undred dollars ($300.00) or by imprisonment for not to exceed o days or both. SECTION 2. Effective Date.
