<br />~ <br />yo <br /> <br />I <br />III, <br />!~-- <br /> <br /> <br />II <br /> <br />..~ <br /> <br />.I'~,~ <br /> <br />~'\ <br />L- <br /> <br />ORD INA~CE'NO. 304 <br /> <br />S'MTE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />VILLAGE OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE NEW BRIGHTON ZONING CODE BY AMENDING <br />SUBDIVISION (e) AND ADDING SUBDIVISION (f) TO SECTION 11-090 <br />RELATING TO SPECIAL USE PERMITS IN SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRIC <br />R-l PERMITTING OTHER RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES OF GOLF COURSES. <br /> <br />The New Brighton village Council does ordain as follows: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. Section ll-090, Subdivision (e) of the New <br />Brighton zoning Code is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />e. Golf courses, subject to the following' <br /> <br />1. That the course shall have a minimum yardage for l8 <br />holes of 5,000 and for 9 holes of 1,800. <br /> <br />2. That the maintenance building shall be located not <br />less than 200 feet from a property line and shall <br />be so located or screened as to not be visible from <br />the public right-of-way. <br /> <br />3. That the clubhouse shall be so designed as to have a <br />residential appearance. <br /> <br />II <br />I, <br />I, <br /> <br />4. Only such buildings as are necessarily required for <br />the maintenance and operation of a golf course and <br />a clubhouse to serve the gOlfing public shall be <br />permitted on the premises. No buildings or additions <br />to buildings for other uses shall be permitted. <br /> <br />5. That a surfaced area shall be located in conformance <br />with the parking standards and of sufficient size to <br />accommodate 75 on-site cars for a 9 hole course and <br />125 for an 18 hole course. <br /> <br />6. sales of goods and services shall be permitted only <br />upon the following cohditions: <br /> <br />a. All selling shal:l be conducted within the <br />clubhouse building. <br /> <br />b. Sales shall be limited to the following: <br />1. Services necessary or incidental to the <br />teaching and playing of the game of golf <br />2. Equipment, clothing and supplies necessary or <br />incidental to the playing of the game of golf <br />3. Food,peverages and confections for the <br />convenience of those playing the game of golf <br />4. Sales permitted under Section 11-090 (f) of <br />this code. <br /> <br />7. That the location of a tee shall not be less than 50 <br />feet and a green not less than 100 feet from the <br />property line of a parcel of land zoned either R-l or <br />R-2. <br /> <br />II' <br />II <br />
