The Enforcement Officer <br />shall revoke the certificate of Registration held by any person, <br />firm or corporation issued under Section 495 of the Code upon <br />showing of two or more convictions in a court of competent juris- <br />diction of violation of Section 495 of the Code by such person, <br />firm or corporation within a 24-month period or three or more <br />such convictions within any period of time. Notice of such <br />revocation shall be mailed and posted as provided in Section 495:3 <br />and shall be effective 60 days following such mailing and posting. <br /> <br />Section 495:42 Violations -- penalty. Any person, firm or <br />corporation violating any provisions of Section 495 of the Code <br />shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. <br /> <br />J <br /> <br />Section 495:44 Effective Date.
