AINDLOCKS <br /> <br />The New Brighton village Council does hereby ordain: <br /> <br />SECTION 1: The 1966 Ordinance Code of the Village of New <br />Brighton is hereby amended by adding thereto Sectit>n 408 entitled, <br />Building, Security andLocks,whicheha,llread as follows. <br /> <br />SE~TION 408:00 Purpose. The purpose of this ordinance is to <br />require security deviCes in certain buildings used for multiple <br />dwellings and hotels and motels, ,as a, safety, burglary and theft <br />prevention measur~. <br /> <br /> <br />.~,.'\: " <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />SECTION 408:'02" befinition of, Dead, Bolt Lock.
