The regLllatory provisions of Minnesota Statutes, I <br />, <br /> <br />1963, Sections 624.42 t~ugh 624.54, inclusive, are hereby adc>pte1 <br /> <br />as ordiwance.s regLllating public dances and dance ha.11s within the ! <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />Village of New Brighton, reqLliring permits tharafore., providing <br /> <br />i <br />I <br />for attandance of pOlice officer thereat, fixing hours ofoperatio~ <br />I <br />and providing penalties for violation thereof, and are. hereby i <br />, <br />; <br />incQrporatedin and made a part of this ordinance as completely as I <br />I <br />I <br />i <br />i <br />I <br />Section 2. The annual fee for a permit to give, hold or condu+t <br /> <br />a public dance shall be $100.00) payable in advance. The fee for + <br /> <br />permit: to give, hold OX' conduct a single public dance extanding not <br />, I <br />more than one calenda.r day, shall be $25.00, payable in advance. I <br /> <br />Section 3. Any violation of the statutes adopted by refe.rencel <br /> <br />I'in Section 1 hereof is a violation of this ordinance when it occur <br /> <br />if setout: herein in full. <br /> <br />within the Village Qf ;Maw Brighton. Any person thus violating any <br />provision of this ordinance shall be guilty of a misd.aeanor and <br />shall be pu.nished by a fine of not: to exceed $100.00, or by <br />, imprison.mant in the county Jailor County Workhouse for a period <br />not to exceed ninety days. <br />Section 4.
