<br />~- <br /> <br />... <br /> <br />ORDINANCE No.1 ~i <br /> <br />VILLAGE OF NEW BRIGHTCN <br />COONTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 121 WHICH IS AN <br />ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDlNANCE NO. 57, RATES AND <br />REGULATIOOS FOR WATER METERS AND SERVICES AND PRO- <br />VISIONS FOR THE OOLLECTICN THEREOF. <br /> <br />The Village Council of the Village of New Brighton does <br /> <br />ordain: <br /> <br />SECTla.I 1. Section 2 (e) of Ordinance No. 121 is hereby <br />amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />(e) In all cases the owner or occupant shall be required <br />to pay in addition to the costs set out in subdivisions <br />"all & IIb" 11% of the cost of the meter and installation <br />to cover the cost of being connected to the municipal <br />water system. <br /> <br />SECTION 2.
