J o:r:; <br /> <br />VILLAGE OF NEW BRIGHTON <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO~ 44 REGULATING AND CON- <br />TROLLING THE PARKING OF VEHICLES ON ALL STREETS IN THE <br />VILLAGE OF NEW BRIGHTON AND PROVIDING PENALTIES, AND ALSO <br />AUTHORIZING THE TOWING AND IMPOUNDING OF VEHICLES PARKED <br />IN VIOLATION THEREOF. <br /> <br />The Vii lage Council of the Vii lage of New Brighton does ordain: <br /> <br />Section I. Section 2 entitled "Time I imits on parking" is amended <br /> <br />to read as follows: <br /> <br />Section 2. Time I imits on parking. <br /> <br />a. Except where otherwise posted parking of vehicles more <br /> <br />than twelve (12) hours continuously on streets within the Vi Ilage limits <br /> <br />of NeW Brighton is prohibited. <br /> <br />b. During the months of November through March It shal I be <br /> <br />the responsibl I ity of all drivers, owners, or operators of a vehicle to park <br /> <br />said vehicle on that side of the street where the last two numerals of the <br /> <br />house number are even on even numbered days, and on that side of the street <br /> <br />wherein the last two numerals of a house number are odd on odd numbered <br /> <br />days to faci litate the removal of snow on the opposite side of the street. <br /> <br />Section 2. Date Effective.
