<br />'f1!!r --.. ~~ <br /> <br />ORDINANCE 00. .117~ <br /> <br />"" <br /> <br />f <br /> <br />VILLAGE OF NEW BRIGHTON <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 56 COMMONLY <br />REFERRED TO AS THE BUILDING CODE AMENDING SECTION <br />3-6. <br /> <br />The Village Council of the Village of New Brighton does hereby <br /> <br />ordain: <br /> <br />Section l: Ord1nance No. 56 Section 3-6 is amended to read as <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br />The inspector shall examine all plans and specifications before <br /> <br />permi ts are issued. In the event the building or structure, be it for <br /> <br />a public or private use, is designed for public assembly or in the event <br /> <br />that the building or structure is to be used for the storage or dispensing <br /> <br />of inflammable material, then a copy of the building plans shall be submitted <br /> <br />by the applicant to the office of the State Fire Marshal and that a building <br /> <br />permit shall not be issued until the signatures of the State Fire Marshal <br /> <br />together with that of the Chief of the New Brighton Fire Department <br /> <br />indicating approval of said plans have been obtained. <br /> <br />Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect <br /> <br />from and after its passage and publication according to law. <br /> <br />Passed by the Village Council of the Village of New Brighton this <br /> <br />10th day of <br /> <br />April <br /> <br />1962. <br /> <br /> <br />
