<br />.:"" --... ~ <br /> <br />ORDINANCE 00./3 t3 <br /> <br />~ , <br /> <br />~ -,\,: <br /> <br />VILLAGE OF NEW BRIGHTON <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STA1E OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO THE REGULATION OF THE USE OF <br />MJlOR VEHICLES AND HIGHWAYS WIlHIN THE VILLAGE OF <br />NEW BRIGHON, ItmRPORATING BY REFERENCE, PROVISIONS OF <br />CERTAIN STATUTES, REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 92. <br /> <br />The Council of the Village of New Brighton does ordain: <br /> <br />Section 1. The regulatory provisions of Minnesota Statutes, 1945, <br /> <br />Chapters l68, l69, and l7l, without exception, as amended from time to time, <br /> <br />including the amendments enacted by the 1957, 1959, and 1961 Minnesota <br /> <br />Legislature at the General Sessions, extra sessions, and second extra sessions <br /> <br />thereof, are hereby adopted as traffic ordinances regulating the use of <br /> <br />highways, streets and alleys and of motor vehicles within the Village of <br /> <br />New Brighton and are hereby incorporated in and made a part of this ordinance <br /> <br />as completely as if set out herein in full. <br /> <br />Section 2. Any violation of the statutes adopted by reference in <br /> <br />Section 1 hereof is a violation of this ordinance when it occurs within the <br /> <br />Village of New Brighton. Any person thus violating any provision of this <br /> <br />ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine of <br /> <br />not to exceed $100.00 or by imprisonment in the County ~ail or County workhouse <br /> <br />for a period not to exceed ninety days. <br /> <br />Section 3. Ordinance No. 92 of the Village of New Brighton is hereby <br /> <br />repealed. <br /> <br />Section 4.
