With this amendment, all approved. <br /> Brighton Village Report <br /> Black reported that Kraus- derso .s sti orking to resolve issues related to the Snyder's <br /> store and the Sinclair acc . Delaun- ated that he was concerned about the developer's <br /> motivation. Fulton su ted that t e Ci •e n't have the leverage needed to force the project <br /> to begin. Staff intends to ask the Council to authorize condemnation on <br /> the Nordquist property. <br /> Black reported that a major corporation, still unnamed, was working with staff on the possibility <br /> of developing the entire east side of Old Highway 8 in the Northwest Quadrant. Johnson asked <br /> how large the development might be. Black responded that the company was interested in <br /> eventually building as much as 1.5 million square feet of office space, with a first phase of <br />
