<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO.745 <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO <br /> SETBACK STANDARDS, ADJACENT TO <br /> A PUBLIC ROAD, WITHIN A PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT <br /> AMENDING CITY ZONING CODE SECTION 7-230 (8) (C). <br /> <br /> TH CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON ORDAINS that the New <br /> Sri ton Code of Ordinances is amended by amending City Zoning Code Section 7-230 <br /> (8) ) as follows: <br /> <br /> Sec. 7-230. Standards. <br /> (8) 11 buildings shall observe the following setbacks unless otherwise specified by the <br /> Co cii at the time of approval of the planned unit development: <br /> A. here shall be a minimum setback of the height of the building, or thirty feet, <br /> w hever is greater, from all property lines that form the perimeter of the entire plan of <br /> the Tanned unit development. Subject to approval of the City Council, building setbacks <br /> m be decreased from the perimeter setback requirement for any new Planned Unit <br /> De lopment if pedestrian linkages to neighboring developments for residents, <br /> e loyees, or shoppers is provided along with an approved streetscape plan with <br /> e ced landscaping. <br /> B. There shall be a minimum setback of the height of the building, or sixty feet, <br /> w hewer is greater, from any property zoned R-l or R-2. Subject to approval of the City <br /> Co cil, the setbacks referenced in this sub-section may be decreased for any new <br /> Pl ed Unit Development that is located in the area known as the Northwest Quadrant <br /> pr ' ct area, as defined by the Northwest Quadrant Framework Plan approved by the City <br /> C cil on June 28, 2005.
