ORDINANCE NO. <br />750 <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br />AN ORDINANCE REVISING THE <br />NEW BRIGHTON ZONING ORDINANCE <br />BY REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY <br />WITHIN THE CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br />FROM MX, MIXED USE AND R-3A, MULTI-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL <br />TO NWQ, NORTHWEST QUADRANT DISTRICT <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON ORDAINS as follows: <br />1.
