COUNCIL PROCEEDINGS <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br />Pursuant to due call and published notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the New Brighton City Council was held at 8 p.m., Tuesday, <br />October 12, 1976, in the Municipal Building Council Chambers, <br />803 5th Avenue N.W., New Brighton, Minnesota <br />Present: Mayor Gayle C. Bromander, Councilmen Gene Fisher, Paul <br />Hardt, Jim Senden, Fritz Werdouschegg <br />Also <br />Present: Thomas F. Lewcock, City Manager; Donald L. Lais, City <br />Attorney; James J. Kleinschmidt, Director of Public Works; <br />Vernon C. Pederson, Clerk -Treasurer <br />Minutes <br />Motion by Werdouschegg, seconded by Hardt to <br />approve minutes of September 23 and 28, 1976. <br />Motion by Senden, seconded by Fisher to amend <br />minutes of September 28, page 2, line 5, under <br />Public Hearings: Change the word rear to <br />side front yard... <br />5 ayes - 0 nayes- carried Minutes <br />Motion by Fisher, seconded by Hardt to amend <br />minutes of September 28, page 12, second to last <br />motion to indicate the vote on the motion was by roll <br />call vote, such vote being as follows: <br />Fisher Aye Bromander Naye <br />Hardt Aye Senden Naye <br />Werdouschegg Aye <br />Motion carried <br />Vote on motion as amended <br />5 ayes - 0 nayes- carried <br />New Business <br />Motion by Werdouschegg, seconded by Hardt to <br />receive letter from David Ficek, Daverne Corp. <br />dated Oct. 6,1976 <br />5 ayes- 0 nayes - carried <br />Motion by Hardt, sedonded by Werdouschegg to <br />waive reading of resolution and to adopt resolution <br />entitled RESOLUTION APPROVING SUBDIVISION OF RESOLUTION <br />CERTAIN PROPERTY WITHIN THE CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON NO. 1779 <br />(generally north of County Road E and west of <br />32nd Ave. N.W. ) <br />5 ayes - 0 nayes- carried <br />Public Hearings <br />Attorney stated hearing was properly called.
