<br />{ II( <br />o lj! J;1 J N J. .F Q ~ NO. 45 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE DEFINING AND PROHIBITING DISORDERLY CONDUCT AND PROVIDING A <br />PENALTY FOR VIOLATION THEREOF <br />Section 1. Disorderly Conduct. 'lhe doing of any of the following acts without <br />~ithout authority of law Qy any person or persons is hereby deolared to be <br />disorderlY conduct. <br />(a) Wilful~ disturbing a~ assemblY or meeting not unlawful in its <br />character, or the peace and quiet of any family or neighborhood. <br />(b) Wilfully and lewly exposing his person or the private parts <br />thereof, or procuding another to expose himself, and any open and gross <br />lewdness or lascivious behavior, or any act of public indecency; <br />(c) Using profane, vulgar or indeoent language in or about any public <br />building, store or place of business, or upon any of the streets, alleys <br />or sidewalks of the village so as to be audible and offensive; <br />(d) Voluntari~ entering the water of any lake public swimming pool <br />wi thin the limits of the village between the hours of 9 P. M. and 7 A. M., <br />or entering such water without being garbed in bathing suit sufficient to <br />cover his person and equal to the standards general~ adop~ed and accepted <br />by the public; <br />(e) Appearing upon any street or other public place in an intoxicated <br />condition or drinking intoxicating liquor on aQy street or in a vehicle <br />upon a public street. <br />Section 2. Disorderly Conduct Prohibited and declared a Misdemeanor. <br />Disorderly conduct is hereby prohibited, and anyone doing any of the above <br />acts shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be upon conviction thereof <br />be punished by a fine of not to exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00)~ or <br />by imprisonment in the county jailor not to exceed ninety days, together <br />with the costs of prosecution in addition. <br /> <br />- 1 - <br />
