<br />',I ~ <br />il <br /> <br />iii. - !i ... <br />i ' <br /> <br />RESOLUTION No. 05-043 <br /> <br />STATE OF MlNNESOT A <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION A WARDING THE BID FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT 05~ 1, RICE <br />CREEK ROAD RECONSTRUCTION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to advertisement in the New Brighton Bulletin and in the <br />Construction Bulletin, bids for the above mentioned improvements were received, opened, <br />and read aloud by the City Administration at 9:00 a.m., May 18, 2005, complying with the <br />advertisement; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the lowest bidder meeting bid specifications was found to be Central <br />Landscaping, Inc. with a bid of $877,830.64. <br /> <br />Now, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of New Brighton: <br /> <br />1. That the Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a <br />contract with Central Landscaping, Inc. in the name of the City of New Brighton for <br />Improvement Project 05-1, Rice Creek Road Reconstruction; and <br /> <br />2.
