Mr. David Black, on behalf of the City of New Brighton applied for a Preliminary Plat on January <br />,i; <br />16, 2004 to consolidate the following properties into one lot of record: <br />a) 1823 Old Highway 8 NW; <br />b) 1853 Old Highway 8 NW; <br />c) 1873 Old Highway 8 NW; and <br />d) Parcel "B" of 1951 Old Highway 8 NW. <br />2. Public Notice was published in the New Brighton Bulletin February 3, 2004. <br />, 3. Notification of the Public Hearing was sent to the surrounding properties within 350 feet. <br />;: 4. The Planning Commission held a public hearing on February 17, 2004 and recommended approval <br />to the City Council. <br />5. The City Council reviewed the proposal and approved the amendment on February 24th, 2004. <br /> <br />~bw THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the City Council makes the following Findings of Fact: <br />1. The subject properties are part of a redevelopment project for a future hardware store. <br />2. On February 24th, 2004, the Council reviewed the proposal and approved a preliminary plat of <br />the parcels. <br /> <br />; <br />, , <br /> <br />, I <br /> <br />~~ IT fuRTHER RF:SOLVED, the application PL04-01 is hereby approved with the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. The City Engineer shall review the Final Plat prior to hearing at the City Council. <br />2. The applicant shall file aU necessary plans with Ramsey County. <br />3.
