RESOLUTION NO. <br />08-013 <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A LAWFUL GAMBLING LICENSE FOR <br />THE NEW BRIGHTON LIONS CLUB TO OPERATE AT ADAGIOS, <br />2052 SILVER LAKE ROAD. <br />WHEREAS, the New Brighton Lions Club has made proper application for renewal of <br />their lawful gambling license to operate at Adagios, located at 2052 Silver <br />Lake Road in the City of New Brighton; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approves the request for resolution for the New Brighton <br />Lions Club to renew their license. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of New <br />Brighton to hereby approve the resolution for the lawful gambling license for the New <br />Brighton Lions Club to operate at Adagios, located at 2052 Silver Lake Road in the City <br />of New Brighton. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of New Brighton this ( z- day of FebrugU, <br />2008. <br />ATTEST: <br />Steve Larson, Mayor <br />Daniel A Mai&i , Director ofFinance <br />- (SEAL). . <br />
