Subject to a road easement I i i over the North 30 feet thereof. I I i ! i i WHEREAS, State Statutes require that if such property 1 I I is located in municipalities that have adopted a platting I I, I 'j ordinance, approval of that municipality must be obtained I II before such subdivisions can be filed, and I I' WHEREAS, Section 26-24 of the New Brighton Code provides I I for subdivision of property without platting if certain i criteria can be met; and I I I WHEREAS, The City Council has determined that such I i j I I criteria has been met. i i , I NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the i I!
