COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />II CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />: <br />Ii <br />'I RESOLUTION MAKING FINDINGS OF FACT AND APPROVING APPLICATION FOR <br />!1 SPECIAL USE PERMIT, SP-88 <br />!' <br />!I WHEREAS, An application for a special use permit entitled <br />:!LP-88 has been made by RCE Corporation to allow the construction <br />Ii of a model unit: and <br />~ ~ <br /> <br />! WHEREAS, The procedural history of the application is as <br />II follows: <br /> <br />ill' 1. That an application for special use permit SP-88 was <br />II filed with the City of New Brighton on September 4, 1979. <br />ii <br />II 2. That such application was reviewed by the New Brighton <br />i Planning Commission Board of Review on September 18, 1979 <br />!I <br /> <br />il 3. That the City Council, pursuant to published and mailed <br />I notices, held a public hearing on September 25, 1979, <br />'\ all person's present at the hearing were given an <br />ii opportuni ty to be heard. <br />,I <br />, 4. The written comments and analysis of the city staff, <br />the Planning commission minutes and recommendations were <br />'I considered. <br />Ii <br />,I 5. That the City Council received a petition and building <br />il plans which specify a location of the building relocation <br />ii on October 9, 1979. <br /> <br />:1 NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the New Brighton City <br />Jlcouncil makes the following Findings of Fact in respect to SP-88. <br />11 <br /> <br />:1 1. That the property is presently zoned B-3, General Busines <br />i and is proposed to be rezoned to R-2, Two-Family Res- <br />1 idential. <br /> <br />2. That model homes are permitted as accessory uses in R-l <br />and R-2 zoning districts. I <br /> <br />1 <br />3. That this model unit will be similar to a model home and i <br />will be constructed in such a manner. I <br />i <br /> <br />4. That the site plan for the model unit makes use of the I <br />site plan considered for the condominium under the I <br />proposed PRD #27. <br /> <br />5. That the model unit will not have a sustantially detrimenta: <br />affect on adjacent properties. <br /> <br />6.
