I ~ ~ If ..~ .t 'l RESOLUTION NO 2246 I STATE OF MINNESOTA I I COUNTY OF RAMSEY CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON I RESOLUTION APPROVING SUBDIVISION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY WITHIN THE CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON (generally north of 16th Street N.W. I and south of Valerie Lane) I i WHEREAS, The City of New Brighton has been requested to I subdivide certain property in the City of New Brighton , described as follows: f !I PARCEL 1: ! i i All of the SE ~ of Lot 19, Oakwood Manor, Ramsey I County, Minnesota lying South of the North 175 I " feet thereof, as measured along the West line II thereof. II WHEREAS, State Statutes require that if such property is t located in municipalities that have adopted a platting II ordinance, approval of that municipality must be obtained before such subdivisions can be filed, and II WHEREAS, Section 26-24 of the New Brighton City Code I provides for subdivision of property without platting if certain criteria can be met; and ! I WHEREAS, The City Council has determined that such criteria has been met. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of New Brighton that the Council approved subdivision of the above described property into parcels described as follows: PARCEL A: , That part of the SE ~ of Lot 19, OAKWOOD MANOR, Ramsey I County, Minnesota lying South of the North 175 feet thereof~ as measured along the West line of said SE ~ II and lying West of the folloiwng described line: Beginning at a point on the South line of said Lot 19 I distant 74.49 feet West of the Southeast corner thereof; 1 thence Northerly to a point on the South line of .I the North 175 feet of said SE ~ distant 82 feet West :\ of the East line of said Lot 19 and said line there terminating. PARCEL B: That part of the SE ~ of Lot 19, OAKWOOD MANOR, Ramsey County, Minnesota lying South of the North 175 feet thereof, as measured along the West line of said I SE ~ and lying East of the following described line: I I I !
