I COUNTY OF RAMSEY CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON RESOLUTION DECLARING COSTS TO BE ASSESSED, ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENTS AND SETTING DATE OF HEARING: FOR ASSESSMENT OF IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS 77-4, 5, 6, and 7 AND 78-1 WHEREAS, The following public improvement projects were I ordered by the City Council of the City of New Brighton at public hearings held in 1976 and 1978, and WHEREAS, Said improvement projects are now completed so that the costs thereof can be special assessed. 1. Project 77-4, Bituminous Street Overlays 2. Project 77-5, Innsbruck Drive Streets and Utilities 3. Project 77-6, Walker Heights Street and Utilities 4. Project 77-7, Hipp's View Point Street and Utilities 5. Project 78-1, Brentwood Hills Streets and Utilities I NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the I City of New Brighton, Minnesota: I I 1. The cost of such improvements to be specially assessed I is hereby declared to be $537,S74.83. 2. The City Clerk with the assistance of the City Engineer I shall forthwith calculate the proper amount to be I specially assessed for such improvements against every assessable lot, pI ace, or parcel or land within the district affected, without regard to cash valuation, 1 as provided by law and shall file a copy of such proposed assessments in his office for public inspec- tion; 3. The Clerk shall, upon completion of such proposed assessments, notify the Council thereof; 'I 4. That a public hearing on the proposed assessments be set for August 16, 1979, at 7:30 p.m. at the City Hall; I 5 . The mailed notices of this hearing be sent to each benefited property owner as required by law. I I I Adopted this 24th day of July, 1979 by the New Brighton City I Council.
