Ii STATE OF MINNESOTA I COUNTY OF RAMSEY CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON RESOLUTION APPROVING SUBDIVISION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY WITHIN THE CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON (generally North of 1-694, East of Old Highway #8 and South of the Butcher Spur railroad tracks) WHEREAS, The City of New Brighton has been requested to subdivide certain property in the City of New Brighton described as follows: Parcel A All that part of the SE ~ of Section 20, Township 30, I Range 23, described as follows: Commencing at the intersection of centerline of S.T.H. No. 100 with the centerline of County Road No. 77, formerly known as S. T.
