RESOLUTION APPROVING SUBDIVISION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY WITHIN THE CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON (generally west of Silver Lake Road, east 'I of Redwood Lane and north of 5th Street N.W.) WHEREAS, the City of New Brighton has been requested to subdivide certain property in the City of New Brighton described as follows: Parcel A: II T hat par t 0 f the S W ~ 0 f the N E ~ 0 f S e c t ion 30, Tow n s hip Ii 30, Range 23, Ramsey County, Minnesota, lying southerly II 0 filS i 1 ve r Be 1 tAd d i t ion II, nor the r 1 y 0 filS i 1 ve r Bel t II Second Additionll and westerly of Silver Lake Road, I excepting the northerly 90 feet and the southerly 90 I feet thereof, together with that part of the SE ~ of the NW ~ of said Section 30, lying southerly of IISilver Belt Additionll, northerly of IISilver Belt Second Additionll, and easterly of Redwood Lane, as platted in said Additions, excepting therefrom the northerly 90 feet and the south- erly 90 feet thereof. WHEREAS, State Statutes require that if such property is located in municipalities that have adopted a platting ordinance approval of that municipality must be obtained before such I subdivisions can be filed, and I WHEREAS, Section 26-24 of the New Brighton City Code !, provides for subdivision of property without platting if I: certa in cri teri a can be met; and II ,I 'I WHEREAS, The Ci ty Counci 1 has determi ned that such cri teri a II has been met.
