I , NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of New Brighton, that the bid of Erwin Montgomery Construction Co., in the amount of $511 ,933.54 be ordered. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Council of the City of New Brighton, Minnesota: I II l. The Mayor and Manager are hereby authorized and I directed to enter into the attached contract with , II Erwin Montgomery Construction Company in the name of the City of New Brighton for Improvement Project , #79-1.
